Lots range in size from one to over four acres, with most lots at two acres plus. Many of our properties offer dramatic views of the Endless Mountains, with wonderful sunrises and sunsets. All lots will have public sewer, electricity, telephone and data communications. Most lots are located on private roadways.
The community is unique in that 31 of the 46 lots offer direct access to Seamans Airport, where pilots have the ability to land and taxi directly to their homes. The airfield boasts a 2500’ x 50’ paved runway, 24/7 fuel service, pilot shop, active flight school, night operations, an instrument approach and is open all year round. Charter service is also available on the field along with O&N Aircraft Modifications, a nationally renowned, FAA certified maintenance, modifications and avionics shop.
All residents have many recreational opportunities available to them right outside their doors or within walking distance. Outdoor activities such as horseback riding, hiking, boating, fishing, swimming, bicycling and golf are only steps away or within walking distance. Other activities such as skiing, hunting, camping and an abundance of championship golf courses are all within a short drive. For those in search of a little sophistication, a plethora of nearby restaurants, retail stores, theaters, arenas and stadiums provide residents with any product, service or entertainment option they may desire.
And for those with young families desiring the best education for their children, the nearby local elementary and junior/senior high school along with an array of colleges and universities offer your children a first class education.
